Quality Assurance Program
We are a well-organized team and have extremely competent and effective project managers who have been successful implementing and meeting large project plans. We ensure the same capability to meet the requirements of individual task orders under the Seaport-e program. We provide the right resources for a given requirement, task, project or program which includes a well-defined subcontracting team, the assignment of work duties to specific team members, the roll out of a formal project and the processes necessary to meet the projects deadlines and requirements.
We provide several points of contact which include a Technical point of contact (TPOC) for specific technical issues or project management issues (Program Manager), an Administrative point of contact (APOC) regarding contractual issues like invoicing, etc, and a Management point of contact (MPOC) for any escalation should the need arise. We have processes in place that allow for issue tracking and resolution including status meetings and report so that any issues can be resolved.
We provide services in the most cost-effective manner to Seaport-e stakeholders and this extends to flow down savings initiatives; we manage our employees and subcontractors with processes to ensure that we can meet the same cost-savings and effectiveness. These methodologies include: information sharing; utilization and reuse of specific resources; metrics and performance tracking; and process enhancements and improvements. Thus we make the appropriate modifications to our processes, tracking, and employees to continually provide the highest quality of services while achieving cost savings where possible.
